OPI Nicki Minaj Collection Swatches!

Tonight, I am bringing you the long awaited and anticipated Nicki Minaj Collection from OPI.  This collection consists of 3 creams, 2 glitters of which one is a bar glitter and a new color of shatter.  I tried to show them in as many different combinations as I could.  No top coat was used unless noted.

This is Did It On 'Em, I think I have several colors comparable from OPI already.  
This polish for me took 4 coats to be opaque.  But it did turn out nice.

This one is Fly, I love this color of blue.  It was opaque in 2 coats.

Fly with a top coat of Save Me.  Love it!

Pink Friday, this is 3 coats.

Pink Friday with Super Bass Shatter.  This is the first Shatter/Crackle
that I have gotten to work this well for me, I'm very happy with it.

2 coats of Metallic 4 Life

Metallic 4 Life with one coat of Save Me.

The above combination Metallic 4 Life and Save Me with the Super Bass Shatter.

Sorry for the little cuticle problem on my middle finger in all the pics, maybe I need to give my swatch fest I have going on a rest for a few days.  At first, I was unsure about this collection, but I really like all the polishes and glad that I bought them.  What are your favorites?

    I'm in love with Fly and Save Me. Though, I love pink polish, I was a bit disappointed with Pink Friday.

    I think 'Fly' and 'Metallic for life' are pretty cool. We don't mind your lil' cuticle issue, it happens :o) Thanks for the swatches!

Hi Everyone! I am back to blogging finally!  Thanks for all your patience through a very rough time in my life.  Back in July 2013, I flew to Las Vegas for Cosmoprof North America.  One of my favorite things to do after the show was to go shopping at The Forums Shops At Caesars .  One of the first shops I went into was Dior, I was hooked immediately.  I did not have any Dior Beauty products so I purchased my first polish, Psychedelic Orange and a lip pencil to match.  Since then, my Dior collection has increased by 2 or 3 more polishes and a Gel Top Coat which I love! Nfu-Oh Aqua Base...Worth it? Necessary?

Tonight I was doing swatches of some holographic polishes that I haven't tried yet. Nfu-Oh's, Essences from Europe and BK's from Hong Kong. And the question that keeps coming up, is the Nfu-Oh Aqua Base really necessary? Isn't there a cheaper easier to access brand available? I've seen this asked more than anything else recently and it even came up in our Nail Polish and Gossip Group on Facebook. I'm going to let you answer this question for yourself, here are pictures I took, all using Nfu-Oh #66 Green Holographic polish. On the first picture, on my thumb, middle and pinky finger, I used the Nfu-Oh Aqua base coat, on the ring and pointer finger I used another well known brand of base coat.
