Press Sample Hi Everyone! I'm back from Cosmoprof and wanted to show you this special polish first since it will release tomorrow, July 24th for their 2nd anniversary!  This is Another Year, Let's Cheer! from Serum No.5. This polish is a glow in the dark glitter topper in Serum No.5's colors.  It is best used as a topcoat over a white or another light color polish.  I however didn't read directions when applying, so I applied 3 coats and still got this much coverage!  No base or topcoat was used.  It's a lot smoother than it looks in the picture.  It actually went on very easy and I'm sure would have been a lot easier if used as directed!  I activated the glow in the dark feature by using a UV light for about 20-30 seconds.  You can easily activate by the sun or other lighting source. Guess what?  It's almost that time of year again for Cosmoprof North America in Las Vegas!  I had a blast last year meeting with all the brands, creators, artists, pr's, celebs and fellow bloggers!  I can't wait to show you all the new collections and other goodies coming out for the next year.  I'm hoping that this wonderful event will put me back into total blogging mode once again.   I feel a little out of practice so bear with me, I am so glad you stuck around.  I've spent a lot of time in the past year working on my health, a lot of things are getting better, some are the same....I still have that pesky weight problem that won't seem to go away, but I've got to work on that fast, as I turn 50 in September.  Yes...50!!! This past year has been a year of sorrows, 3 of my beloved pets passed away and  my Mother In Law of 31 years.  It's also a year of happiness, my one and only child that took us 10 years to get will be turning 21!  S...
